  The blog post which really caught my eye though was Matthew Hill’s discussion of the alleged massacre by British troops of Malayan civilians in 1948 and his report on the High Court’s rejection of a request for a public enquiry into the alleged events in the case of Chong Nyok Keyu and ors v Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and another [2012]  EWHC 2445 (Admin).
