The jury found she was denied tenure in 2009-10 because of her gender, the university’s decision to deny her the chance to apply for tenure in the 2010-11 cycle was due to her gender, and that in retaliation for her workplace discrimination complaints the university denied her the opportunity to apply for tenure in the 2010-11 cycle.
