The Ninth Circuit has declined to stay the temporary restraining order issued by Judge Robart in Washington State preventing enforcement of Executive Order 13769, the controversial travel restrictions on nationals of seven countries.The Ninth is, of course, correct that due process protections apply to legal permanent residents (i.e., "green card" holders).
