I'm sneaking back on (Dan hasn't yet revoked my privileges) to link Paul Caron's update on one of the "faculty appointment" lawsuits, this one by Donald Dobkin, a Michigan immigration lawyer who sued the University of Iowa Law School a couple years ago on a similar claim as presented by Nicholas Spaeth against Michigan State.
