As I noted in this recent post, Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley Law School continues to be out of compliance with ABA Standard 316, having missed the ABA's 75% Ultimate Bar Pass rate (at least 75 percent of a law school’s graduates in a calendar year who sat for a bar examination must have passed a bar examination administered within two years of their date of graduation) for the classes of 2017, 2018 and 2019.
