It would only have made the case stronger if companies like Facebook or even Tesla (Elon Musk is clearly on Epic's side, though Tesla would have had to come up with a good explanation as to why it cares) had made submissions, and if the Biden Admistration had stepped in, though 35 states (red and blue ones alike) are a powerful political alliance and make this a bipartisan issue.
