The Treasury Department has announced… and I’m laughing as I’m writing this so forgive me should you find a typo… that the most productive servicer in terms of the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives program, since the program BEGAN LAST APRIL… is JPMorgan Chase who is reporting completion of 2,686 short sales and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure through the HAFA program.
