After two Baptist churches in Kansas obtained a temporary restraining order  against enforcement of a provision in Kansas Governor Laura Kelly's COVID-19 executive orders that ban religious assemblies of more than ten congregants (see prior posting), the governor has reached a settlement with the churches.
