Of course I’m familiar with all the disclaimers that remind us that digest summaries aren’t part of the opinion and don’t reflect the view of the court, but since I read to the bottom of the actual opinion without being able to tell if Article 120 is facially defective (see earlier post, here), it’s interesting to see how a member of the court’s staff sees it.
