I much prefer it if my clients don't let lawsuits turn into judgments, because that can complicate their bankruptcy a bit, because a judgment that is recorded in the county in which the debtor owns real property becomes a judgment lien on real property owned by the debtor in that county (like Maricopa County, you know?).
