The Detroit News reports that Detroit city planner Susan McBride has sued the city alleging that she is severely sensitive to perfumes and other cosmetics and therefore disabled under the ADA, that her co-worker's strong perfume makes it impossible for her to do her job, and that the city should accommodate her disability by prohibiting people from wearing perfume in the workplace.
