 In a November 2012 decision (see prior posting) the district court rejected a challenge under RFRA by the Northern Arapaho Tribe to a limitation in a Fish and Wildlife Service permit that allowed them to take two bald eagles for religious purposes in Wyoming, but not on the Wind River Reservation that they share with the Eastern Shoshone tribe.
