But since they rarely punish prosecutors, the much greater problem is that, even when knowing violations are committed - and even when they're acknowledged by appellate courts as in Kerry Max Cook's case - prosecutors still face no consequences. [read post]

For what it’s worth, we’ll stick with our prediction that the NAB will eventually be asking the court for a stay, since it seems unlikely to the max that the FCC will be inclined to grant a stay. [read post]
