I'm not sure I've previously seen an editorial calling for the elevation of a provincially-appointed Ontario Court Judge to the federal, Superior Court bench.The Orangeville Citizen has done exactly that today, calling upon the Prime Minister to appoint Justice Bruce Pugsley to a higher court: IF PRIME MINISTER STEPHEN HARPER has been keeping up with the news during his Northern exploits, he may be thinking seriously of exerting his influence to have Justice Bruce Pugsley… [read post]
