Yesterday, Chadbourne & Parke partner and former New York state judge George Bundy Smith (pictured) filed suit against governor Eliot Spitzer and other New York state officials claiming that the constitutional rights of their clients, four New York judges, have been violated because they, and all judges in the state, have not received a rise in pay since 1999.
