I left this morning to travel to Duluth for the League of Minnesota Cities 2012 Annual Conference and the Minnesota Association of Small Cities reception, but  due to heavy rainfall, road closures, and extreme flooding, (as you can see in the picture on the left, which a friend posted on her Facebook page) today's activities at the conference were cancelled.
