While it is encouraging to see that the "must be currently employed" qualification is no longer listed in McGuire Woods' current staff career want ads, I can't help but wonder if the screening process at this law firm - and to be fair, many other law firms - still results in jobless applicants' resumes moving to the bottom of the stack.
