  we gave the money back . a day later police were knocking on my door with a warrent. to make a long story short i went to court they offered me 2 years state jail. i have 2 small kids so i fought. i hired a lawyer who promised that he would get  me off because of lack of evidence. we went to court ad they offered me felony theft. 4 years probation my lawyer looked at  me and said i know you did it and you know you did it.. like i said i have 2 kids and i could never think… [read post]
