Moist under the thick coating of dry rub “secret spices.” And yes, I used both the regular and hot Rendezvous sauce on about 2/3 of them - devoured the rest of them “dry.” Tender, but with texture - a nice compromise v. the fall-apartedness I’m used to. [read post]
