She only has the type of wealth that makes Wisconsin Democrats allow her to waltz into the nomination because they think she can self-fund it and to decline to give her any money because they were hoping she'd self-fund and because she's not the candidate they'd have picked if they were looking at criteria other than ability to self-fund.Who will hear the plaint of the rich-but-not-that-rich politician?
