It's obvious that realtors don't have enough confidence in the legal basis of their claim that proposed regulations by the Federal Reserve and the OCC (regulations that Congress has been thwarting on a year-to-year basis since 2001) violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, to actually wage that battle in the courts.
