Gee, I wonder… if that’s the case and the number of foreclosures and bank repossessions have been artificially low these last couple of years, then that would mean that we don’t really know how far down real estate would have fallen had the numbers of foreclosures been what they should have been… which means that the forecasts might all be reflecting optimistic numbers because they were based on much lower numbers that they should have been based on… just like the… [read post]
