I did want to go the trial but I run out of money, I expended all my life saving money in this case to probe my innocence and  at the end I had to plead guilty to a lewdness charge (a fourth degree offense) to put all this behind and move on, start all over again to rebuilt my life, I paid a fine of $150.00 and I was given 2 yrs probation. i was a certified nurse aide for years in nursing home. not the most glamorous job but i enjoyed my patients and co-workers. when i moved i was unable to locate work in another facility so i went into home health care. all of my patients were elderly until a case came along for a 6 yr old boy who was deaf/mute/and had a variety of illnesses.
