 Una de las primeras cosas que me quedaron claras en la Facultad de Derecho ( las oscuras eran muchas más y persisten) era que los contratos estaban para cumplirse  (Pacta sunt servanda), plasmado en el art.1091 del Código Civil: “Las obligaciones que nacen de los contratos tienen fuerza de ley entre las partes contratantes, y deben cumplirse a tenor de los mismos”.
