On the other hand, the possibility of obtaining anti-suit injunctions from a third party court to enforce an English arbitration clause (as the Bermuda and Eastern Caribbean Courts have done, although the Singapore High Court thinks that this is a bad idea as you become an "international busybody"), suddenly takes on far greater practical utility.
