We think it not likely that LSU will be as good this year as last, and the same can be said for Arkansas and Florida, though Urban Meyer is a top coach and a force to be reckoned with, so that we would not be surprised at all at a Gators repeat. [read post]

This is not exactly the New England women's college softball equivalent of hiring Jim Tressel or Urban Meyer; and what we have is the replacement of a coach whose most recent season record was 20 wins and 24 losses, or a 45% winning record, by a coach whose most recent winning record was 33 percent. Jim Meyer, who has analysed the figures states "...in effect (and extrapolating the figures over a period of a year), there has been a 24% reduction in the number of applications for a representation order.  If 17.48% of all applications are failing based on means, solicitors are basically experiencing a total reduction of 42% of representation orders being granted.  This takes no account of those applications failing the IOJ test, which is estimated to be 5%… [read post]
