Comment While Westminster didn't fall into the same trap as Lambeth in R(Raw) v Lambeth [2010] EWHC 507 (Admin) (our report here) in that they did not end s.184 enquiries until Mrs R had accepted a private sector tenancy, the facts of this case will sound familiar to many. [read post]
