Another correspondent sent me an article from SNL Financial (sorry, I haven't found a hyperlink) that contained an interview with Dallas-based Commerce Street Capital's Charles Ingram and Derek Cunningham, in which those gentlemen stated that they had two successful de novo bank openings, one in May in Michigan and one in South Carolina in June.
