As to the list-of-drugs aspect of the case, the panel said that in In re Adams, 536 P.2d 473 (Cal. 1975), the California Supreme Court had held that a violation of § 11352 happens with respect to one drug on the statutory list -- simultaneous possession of different drugs on the list constitutes different crimes under § 11352.
