According to the Census Bureau, there are about 307 million (legal) Americans; 16 million represents about 1/2 of 1% of that total. $200,000,000,000 seems like a pretty big price tag for such a statistically insignificant-sized group.Which is not to say that their individual needs are insignificant (least of all to themselves), but it's further proof that ObamaCare© is not, and never has been, about seriously cutting the cost of health care.
