My previous post on this topic raised the issue of how the law firm of Goodwin Procter obtained ECUSA's "informed consent" to hire it to prosecute multiple lawsuits against realigning parishes and dioceses in its name, given that attorneys from Goodwin Procter at the time also represented ECUSA's Presiding Bishop.
