A guy who does all he can do to leave the United States -- and does -- shouldn't be guity of being "found" in the U.S. involuntarily.So I'm going to have to disagree with Judges Willie Fletcher, Ray Fisher and James Jones (sitting by designation from Virginia) on this one.Which, by my count, makes the vote of Article III judges still 3-0.
