I guess I can get on board with the California Court of Appeal's finding in this case that the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency didn't do all it could to help Mother (Jennifer) deal with her methamphetamine problem, and that she was accordingly entitled to a stay in the determination as to whether to take her child (James) away from her permanently.
