Sanderson, 223 N.W. 145 (Minn.1929), the Minnesota Supreme Court held that even when a driver of a motor vehicle is speeding through an intersection and is involved in a collision, he may not be the proximate cause of the accident if the other motorist failed to look or see the speeding motorist’s vehicle.
