The Guardian reports on criticisms the Bill from 1 Crown Office Row’s very own Angus McCullough QC, who told the Joint Committee on Human Rights that the Government has “misunderstood or misrepresented” the role judges would play in the closed proceedings system currently proposed. [read post]
