Raker.Upon consideration of a Joint Petition for Disbarment by Consent, the Court of Appeals ordered that the respondent be disbarred by consent from the further practice of law in Maryland, and that the Clerk of the Court of Appeals shall strike him from the register of attorneys and certify same to the Trustees of the Client Protection Fund and the Clerks of all judicial tribunals in the State.
