There's supposed to be a big announcement today at 1: The United States Tennis Association (USTA), Oregon Sports Authority, Portland Arena Management and Global Spectrum, operators of the Rose Quarter, will make a major announcement regarding the host city of the Davis Cup Final, scheduled for November 30 - December 2.Since the announcement will be made at Portland City Hall, I don't think they'll be announcing that it's Barcelona.
