.- Why don't you go back and read some of the legislatures quotes, their have stated their goal is to put all sex offenders in prison, so IMO, that is what they are trying to do, make it impossible, so they get them on some technicality, and then arrest them.Professor Corey Yung, of John Marshall Law School in Chicago, said South Florida's overlapping ordinances may be ripe for a challenge.
