In an unpublished opinion released on February 19, the Court of Appeals of Michigan has reversed a trial judge from Berrien County Circuit Court and ordered a hearing to determine whether Diane Lorraine Giancaspro should be entitled to custody and visiting time with children she and her former partner, Lisa Ann Congleton, had adopted in Illinois.
