Dow Jones reported yesterday that at a hearing in Ramos's courtroom, David Ellenhorn, a lawyer for New York AG Andrew Cuomo, said that his boss and Greenberg's lawyer, David Boies of Boies, Schiller & Flexner, had struck a deal to settle the case but that it was derailed when AIG nearly collapsed in September.
