Templeton, No. 07-2949 Conviction for bank robbery is affirmed and sentence vacated where: 1) there was probable cause to support a search of defendant's car that produced evidence used against him; 2) a prior conviction for drunk driving was not a "crime of violence" for purposes of applying the career-offender guideline in sentencing; and 3) remand was necessary to determine whether two prior convictions for escape were crimes of violence.
