If you are someone who has a fetish or a desire to follow your ex this is a deterrent to doing that and hopefully after you listen, you will reconsider your attempts to monitor your former lover or spouse as there is a consequence if you are caught. [read post]

The cause of action is necessarily cumulative with other actions you may bring, so in the divorce context this would be brought inside a divorce claim you can  sue your ex for something like this. [read post]
