With no DNA evidence, and the recent Ex Parte Robbins ruling that raised the bar to near impossible heights to challenge tainted, inaccurate forensic testimony, it's unlikely Miles could have been exonerated if they couldn't prove prosecutors withheld exculpatory evidence, which once again was discovered after the fact via the Public Information Act.
