As an alumnus of the University of Nebraska and of Stanford University, we continue to be great fans of the Stanford football resurgence under head coach Jim Harbaugh and we remain very strong critics of Husker offensive playcalling which we regard to be one of the keys to the mediocrity of the current Cornhusker season. Stanford's gritty win over Oregon State last week, which outgained the Cardinal substantially in total offense, shows that Stanford will be a tougher team to beat this year, but the Sun Devils may just have too much football talent for Stanford yet, in spite of great strides made under terrific head coach Jim Harbaugh. We called it 35-31 for Stanford.You can count us among the fans of first year Stanford head coach Jim Harbaugh, as the resurgent Cardinal upset Arizona 21-20 behind the quarterbacking of Tavita Pritchard, as Stanford bounced back from a 10-0 deficit, in spite of having more turnovers and fewer yards total offense.
