A further, unusual, order was granted for independent permanent deletion of the videos- it should be noted the order considered the defendants privacy in the coruse of such an inpdenendent assessment being undertaken with the judge stating “I have built in a safeguard in the order I propose to make to limit the nature of the independent IT expert’s role to protect Mr Taylor’s privacy interests”.
