I have to say that the article's title (Plaintiffs find Payday Elusive in Vioxx Cases) makes me cringe--these people aren't looking for "payday", they're looking for retribution and for a chance to hold pharma company Merck accountable for knowingly concealing evidence that Vioxx causes heart attacks.
