One order of note: The Green Party of Texas’ mandamus petition (In re Deb Shafto, et al., No. 10-0487 (docket and briefs)) was dismissed as moot, after the Democratic Party agreed this week to drop its challenge to the presence of Green Party candidates on the statewide ballot. [read post]
