There is no right to peaceful enjoyment of possessions in a pleasant environment: see an old Heathrow air noise case, Rayner v UK (1987) 9 EHRR CD375, which stressed the importance of the fact that there was no evidence of substantial diminution in value of property prices based upon that air noise.
