In a move that may be a sign of the times — in terms of the battle over comprehensive immigration reform and the perceived, if not real, displacement of American workers in an effort to minimize wages and maximize profits — a U.S. citizen of American national origin and ancestry has filed a class action lawsuit against global Bangalore, India-based Infosys Limited asserting claims of widespread, systemic discrimination against non-South Asians in hiring for U.S. jobs.
