The Ninth Circuit specifically referenced a similar Fourth Circuit decision that held “that dog toys which ‘loosely resemble[d]’ small Louis Vuitton handbags were ‘successful parodies of LVM handbags’ . . . and therefore did not infringe the LVM trademark. [read post]
